For almost 15 years, IMT has worked to increase the recognition of the connection between energy performance, energy costs, and property value. Today, finding ways to finance energy efficiency is increasingly important as we work to find solutions to the dual challenges of fluctuating energy costs and climate change. IMT is seeking a finance expert to manage our Building Energy Efficiency Finance Policy Program. The program focuses on financing policy and mechanisms to promote energy efficiency for both residential and commercial buildings. * Manage IMT's Building Energy Efficiency Finance Policy program, including strategic planning, analysis, policy development, public presentations, and generation of reports for collaborators and funders Preferred education, experience and skills * Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, accounting, law, policy, or fields relevant to buildings or real estate Salary is commensurate with experience.
