Overview: Stantec's environmental remediation solutions help our clients address environmental liability.
Stantec's team of scientists, engineers, and geologists helps our clients reduce their environmental liabilities by developing and implementing comprehensive remediation programs. We provide integrated, multidisciplinary services to identify and assess liabilities and risks, and to develop solutions for site management, remediation, and mitigation.
Responsibilities: We are looking for a staff to associate level engineer, geologist, or scientist to assist with a variety of environmental projects that include Phase I environmental site assessments, asbestos containing building material assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and soil and groundwater remediation. It is anticipated that the position will be a mix of field and office duties including soil and groundwater sampling, asbestos containing building material sampling, remediation system design and permitting, operation and maintenance of remediation systems, construction management, data analysis, and report writing.
