Western Pennsylvania Conservancy has an opening for a highly motivated individual to coordinate all information technology activities at its Fallingwater and Blairsville locations and provides assistance at other locations as needed. This position is responsible for installation of servers, PCs, software applications and network software/hardware and performs upgrades as necessary. A key element in the job is managing Fallingwater servers and local workstation installations of Blackbaud's Patron Edge, Raisers Edge, Financial Edge. Manages Synchronics Counterpoint for Museum store and Café. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in information systems or technology and/or equivalent training and work experience. Must be proficient Microsoft Office Suites 2003 and 2007, Windows Operating System and active directory. At least five year's experience with PC, network systems, operation and administrative applications is required. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple projects successfully. Experience with Exchange server and administrative applications for not-for-profits, such as Blackbaud Accounting, Raiser's Edge, Patron's Edge, is preferred. The position will be located in Mill Run, PA, but will require some travel within Western PA. Must be flexible with schedule and able to adjust work schedule as needed.
