Job Description: 

Global Green USA is seeking a dynamic Corporate & Donor Relations Manager to join the Development Team. This position will report to the President and CEO, and the COO, and work in collaboration with both the Communications & Development teams. This position requires previous Development experience, exceptional writing and organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with Major Donors, Corporate Donors, and Program Staff. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to multi-task, set priorities, take initiative and work independently as well as a part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage existing corporate partners as well as identify, research, solicit and cultivate new partners with a goal of raising $1 million annually. Respond to multitude of inquiries while strengthening and expanding our outreach strategies and policies.
* Help achieve GGUSA goal of establishing 3-5 long term major corporate partners by identification and solicitation.
* Create dynamic sponsorship proposals, with a diverse fundraising strategy.
* Responsible for managing corporate policies as well as evaluating and vetting all corporate inquires and agreements.
* Support and assist President/ CEO with corporate relations and foundations fundraising.
* Manage existing and new MOU process and tracking on National level
* Assist with communications and strategy around event for Council of Advisors.
* Research, identify and establish corporate sponsorship prospects and foundation prospects and award candidates


Qualifications and Requirements

* 3-5 years experience as part of a nonprofit development team, in a fundraising capacity with corporate fundraising and donor servicing experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proven initiative and ability to multi-task, set priorities and work on deadline.
* Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
* Strong computer skills, PC & MAC proficient preferred. Microsoft Suite, Excel, G-mail calendar, Raisers Edge.

Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Salary range $45,000-55,000. Position includes full benefits package including 401k plan. EOE.
