Climate Solutions is seeking an outstanding Development Director to lead our fundraising efforts. Over the past several years, Climate Solutions has grown significantly, doubling our annual budget and opening up offices in two new states. We are looking for a strong development leader to build on our success and help the organization continue to grow. This is a full-time, exempt position that is supervised by the Executive Director and located in the Seattle office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide strong leadership of the development program, motivating and organizing the Board of Directors, Staff, and other partners around a common vision and strategy for fundraising.
* At least five years of experience with multi-faceted fundraising, including experience at the leadership level.
* Possession of or ability to possess a driver's license and auto insurance within 3 months of employment.
