PEM, a Bartlett Holdings Company is a leading provider of specialty maintenance services to the power generation industry. PEM has more than 13 years of experience with turbines and rotating equipment supporting nuclear, fossil, hydro and wind power markets. We seek a Regional O&M Manager and business development oriented manager for our wind field services group. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Wind Services and be responsible for executing business development activities associated with the expansion and growth of PEM wind field services. Additional responsibilities will include new business lead generation, customer interface, proposal development, contract development and negotiation, technical support, customer service, and project management. Responsibilities: • Support multiple regional service support locations. Requirements: • Must have extensive experience in Site O&M Management
