Bluenergy Solarwind, Inc. is an exciting Renewable Energy manufacturing company based in northern New Mexico. We are the manufacturer of the patent‐protected Bluenergy Solarwind™ Turbine, the first‐of‐its‐kind hybrid combining solar and wind energy for commercial and residential on‐site generation. We are currently in pre-production stage and looking for creative dynamic team players to support and grow as we develop new opportunities and projects domestically and internationallyBluenergy Solarwind, Inc is seeking an experienced degree-qualified Engineering Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years broad engineering experience. The ideal individual will have experience managing large, complex engineering projects from design through completion of prototypes to production release. This experience includes knowledge of engineering principles, concepts and practices applicable to a full range of product development and project management.
Candidate must possess the ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous consecutive or simultaneous actions. Essential skills include the ability to define priorities and organize, plan, direct and coordinate activities of complex projects to ensure that the objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, funding parameters and to quality requirements. This role is responsible to ensure that the new products launch on schedule and within budget. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication. Also must efficiently and competently manage problems and know how to resolve and/or escalate issues in timely manner. Candidate must be highly-flexible, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Certified Project Manager preferred.
