  • Mountain Area Land Trust promotes the preservation of lands important for maintaining the integrity of our water quality, protecting wildlife habitats and agricultural lands, and creating regional parks for outdoor recreation.

  • Mountain Area Land Trust promotes land conservation and stewardship through public education, community outreach and by providing technical assistance to craft conservation easements based on sound land management guidelines.
