The individual is responsible for developing the company's web presence and internet design to build a high-impact user focused site. The work includes design and programming, working with others to develop content, verifying and posting new pages and troubleshooting web applications. Essential Job Functions: The role of Web Programmer is to: • Write code to generate web pages, access databases and business logic servers. • Document work-time, code and processes as specified. • Work collaboratively with staff and outside resources. • Represent SEF in a positive energetic manner. In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity, and respect with all clients and co-workers; maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; demonstrate a positive attitude; communicate effectively with co-workers and clients; work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail; respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible; and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. The employee is also expected to perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time. The Physical Capabilities Checklist for this job, which specifies the physical requirements of the job, is attached and is incorporated into this description. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent business experience. • 2-5 years on-the-job experience in website development, including front end design and writing code. • Excellent oral and written communications. • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, DotNetNuke and JavaScript, including hand coding. Confidential & Proprietary 2 • Familiarity CRM a plus. • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker, with strong detail orientation • Ability to work and produce required results with little or no close supervision. • Resourceful, highly motivated self-starter who can thrive in a "lean" organization, taking initiative to maximize available resources and opportunities • Team player with strong work ethic. • Proficient in MS Office. • Valid Driver's License Machines/Tools/Equipment: Computer, basic office equipment (copier, calculator, fax, etc.) Working Conditions: • 90% Office Environment
