The Senior Director of Communications and Resource Development is responsible for leading all program communications, media contacts and the resource development department of the Region 9 Weatherization Program. This individual will work in a team leadership structure reporting to the Weatherization Management Team. The primary mission of this program is to implement the GEO's weatherization service provider contract. This contract is an annual 6 million dollar state funded program to conduct energy audits and weatherization work for qualified low-income families. In cooperation with the Management Team, provide leadership and direction for all cross departmental functions; lead the evaluation process for this program.
