Overview: Stantec's Environmental Remediation group is dedicated to helping our clients reduce their environmental liabilities by developing comprehensive remediation programs. We provide integrated, multidisciplinary services to identify and assess liabilities and risks, and to develop solutions to site management, remediation and mitigation. Our team member work on a variety of projects, including environmental monitoring, in-situ/ex-situ remedial design and implementation, human health & ecological risk assessments, air quality permitting and reporting, pipeline compliance, stormwater permitting and planning, and audit support services. Responsibilities: The ideal candidates will enjoy managing multiple projects; prioritize, as well as undertaking tasks that challenge their skills and abilities and enjoy a combination of field and office work.. Candidates should have good time-management skills and an understanding of scheduling and budget constraints. Candidates will work closely with the Geotechnical Group Leader and Stantec Project Managers to manage and complete projects. Qualifications: Candidates considered must have 2 to 5 years of geotechnical consulting experience. Candidates must also have a degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and have passed the E.I.T or F.E exam. Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE), or the ability to become registered within one year, is preferred. |
